This is a basic post that lists the Mellanox technical knowledge portals.
1. MyMellanox - Customer Portal (support)
MyMellanox Customer Portal is a platform to which contracted customers login and find software, documentation, knowledge (and more) on all Mellanox GA products.
The portal is designed to provide contracted customers with easy and intuitive access to quickly navigate through products, multi download documentation/software, and easily filter desired versions and files.
Customers also get to open, view and manage support cases and RMA requests through the portal, as well as viewing information on their contracts.
Moreover, MyMellanox portal provides the ability to subscribe to products and files in order to be notified on updates and new releases.
Last but not least, the portal is customized to the customer’s profile as it contains OEM product pages which are viewable to Mellanox OEM customers.
MyMellanox Customer portal is on a continues process of developing and improving as part of Mellanox goal to provide customers with the best service possible. As part of the improvement process, customers will soon have the option to renew their support contracts online, via the portal.
2. Mellanox Academy (technical courses)
Mellanox Academy offers high quality training for interconnect technologies and Mellanox solutions. It provides an outstanding learning experience that ensures our students success in InfiniBand and Ethernet environments.
In addition, Mellanox Academy exclusively certifies network engineers, administrators and architects.
3. Mellanox Community - Solutions
This space discuss various solution topics such as Mellanox Ethernet Switches (MLNX-OS), Cables, RoCE, VXLAN, OpenStack, Block Storage, ISER, Accelerations, Drivers and more.
4. Mellanox Community - Technical Forums
This space allows customer to collaborate knowledge and questions in various of fields related to Mellanox products.
